Every test afterwards I just practiced it and completed the real thing. And only one I failed and had to wait the 24 hours for (didn't know that I could practice then). There were only 3 tests I can think of that were hard that I didn't ace in the practice version. In the end it's an experience problem, if someone is failing at an MR test it's because they lack the experience to deal with it. While it can be frustrating when you encounter something of difficulty, if there was no challenge then it wouldn't be fun or exciting to defeat something. If you end up encountering an MR test that is too difficult for you, this means you've leveled quite a bit of things, but still need to learn something to truly advance to that next stage. Not to mention they aren't even a challenge once you play the game enough. The ability to trade X times is directly linked to your MR, as well as powercreep stuff like rivens, weapons and frames. I mean it just doesn't make sense to have them in the game. Just because you can do them doesn't mean everyone can and why put stuff in games that may cause "customers" to lose interest in the game? It's not like they serve any purpose anyway. He's not retarded, he's absolutely right. You make this problem a world first problem while it's a very minor stuff that you need to do, there is only 27 mastery atm it's not a big deal. The rest is just experience and knowing what to do and if there is an easier road (cheese). I know where you're coming from, but like I said - all the frames you need to complete the mastery tests you can get on the star chart. Ugh, now you give me that feeling too because I've seen it myself. Shame I couldn't find it, but totally a real thing. It's the classic sometimes-unknowingly douchebag teacher that just lobs an "it's easy" at you after you spent a whole afternoon breaking your synapses trying to figure out a physics problem. This prompted me to pitifully try to find that one cognitive bias I saw on Wikipedia ages ago, where it was said that people who have an easier time with a task falsely assume that the task is easy for everyone else. Warframe is currently in open beta for the PC and is expected to be released on the PS4 when it’s ready. ![]() We got our Warframe engine up and running in just three months on PS4 – it was such a pleasant experience… with Warframe being a ‘new’ franchise, I guess it just made more sense from an intuitive level to look to future platforms,” he added. The PS3 was a great machine and the SPUs were insanely fast if you customized your code for them – with the PS4 the power increases yet at the same time being more generalized. It lets us bring over our high-end visuals without compromise, with the promise of pushing it even further in the future. “PS4 is a powerful console with great connectivity and online features. We then asked him what it was about the PS4, over the PS3, that motivated them to develop Warframe for it, to which he replied: ![]() Free-to-play was a way we could start small and build something without taking a publishing contract and without losing creative control,” he said. When we had freed up a few people (almost a decade later!) to work on what was next, we found ourselves coming back to those ideas we had to shelve. “Independence! When we pitched the original idea it was too risky for the people we talked to. As expected it was all related to creative freedom in development. We recently got in touch with Steve Sinclair, the Creative Director of Warframe and asked him a few questions, such as the decision to go with a co-op, free to play game in the first place. One such game is Warframe, a free to play game that is being developed by Digital Extremes, the studio behind 2008’s Dark Sector. Ever since the reveal of the PlayStation 4, Sony has placed a lot of emphasis on bringing as many games over as they can for their next generation console.
